        Fast from judging others;
        Fast from emphasis on differences;
        Fast from undue anxiety;
        Fast from self-absorption;
        Fast from hostility;
        Fast from bitterness;

        Fast from words that hurt;
        Fast from idle gossip;
        Fast from complaining;

        Fast from discouragement;
        Fast from discontent;
        Fast from annoyance;

        Fast from the shadows of sorrow;
        Fast from apathy;
        Fast from deception;

        Fast from over-consumption;
        Fast from over-activity;
        Fast from your weaknesses;

Feast on the Christ dwelling in them.
Feast on the Unity of all life.
Feast on Gods loving Providence.
Feast on compassion for others.
Feast on nonviolence.
Feast on forgiveness.

Feast on phrases that heal.
Feast on purposeful silence.
Feast on helping.

Feast on hope.
Feast on gratitude.
Feast on patience.

Feast on the light of peace.
Feast on involvement.
Feast on truth.

Feast on sharing.
Feast on prayer.
Feast on Gods merciful love.
