Joseph Valle-Hoag is native of Concord, MA, who has been living in New York City since 2014. He attended NYU Steinhardt and graduated with a degree in vocal performance in 2018. Joseph began working as a cantor in 2014, and currently works with Christ Church on the East Side, and is a co-founder of  Vox Clamantis: an international virtual vocal ensemble designed to bring high quality musical liturgy to faith communities recording or streaming their services.

When he's not singing in the choir loft, Joseph is also an actor/musician. He plays the guitar, piano, bass, mandolin, and ukulele professionally, and has appeared in professional productions at several regional theaters including Bucks County Playhouse and the REV Theater back when it was called the Finger Lakes Musical Theatre Festival. He also writes and performs his own music.
